Fringe 3.14 ’6B’ Review
In this week’s episode of ‘Fringe’ Walter, Peter and Olivia were called to investigate a strange in an apartment building in which some people apparently did not fall off a balcony but through it with the balcony still intact.
On getting there, Walter came to a conclusion that what happened had been caused by lacera-tions in the universe and it was something similar to what happened in the parallel worlds before it fell apart.

Peter and Olivia had been on the issue of their relationship prior to them being called to the scene of the tragic events. So as Walter went about setting up gear, they went to a near bar and sort of continued where they left off. Olivia had earlier accused Peter of have feelings for her alternate in the other universe which he denied. At the bar they sort of made up but when they kissed, Olivia got scared when Peter’s body reacted unusually. Shed fled the scene and Peter went after her.
When they got out, she was shocked to notice the same unusual glow in one of the apartments. They both went to check it out and found one Alice who claimed to still be in contact with Derek, her dead husband. But Walter concluded that it was the Derek of the other side and that if they didn’t do something quickly the events that occurred in that building will increase at an alarming rate. He then devised a means of creating a material he saw with his alternate to seal the holes that had been created.
The episode culminates in Alice being convinced that the Derek she is seeing is not her husband and was finally persuaded by Derek but without knowing hen he told her that their kids missed her. They never had kids and it then showed that the Derek of the other side lost the wife who was Alice’s alternate.
They save the day but the episode ends with events on the other side as Peter and Alice’s alter-nate go and investigate the alternate building and found that the activities had stopped, having been dealt with by Walter and the others on this side. They however found a rather crushed Derek, who denied everything.
