According to J.J., having a definite end date is being smart and would be the best thing that the producers of Fringe would have just the way it was with the case of Lost. However, as at now, it is not clear yet what date would be ideal because several mythologies are still under arrangement.

He further pointed out that while there were some things which they thought of spending so much time on and did so fast, there were others that they had only kept hoping they would do. The story of Olivia’s stepfather is one such case. The opportunities are still enough for next stories beyond this season and the rhythm of the show is at its best, so, there is still enough to hope for.

So Walter leads the team to Jacksonville which is the source of a similar experiment that he and William had done many years ago. Now just Olivia and her past’s secrets can stop another catastrophe.

Akiva is an Oscar award winner and he promises so much in the two part season finale which he will direct. He says they are aiming at combining the two episodes to convert them into a movie sort of story and it would be big actually. It will have a mini feature and singular narrative drive. He also promises that nobody will be killed. He explains that these two episodes will be more of exploration of the events that have been mentioned in some previous episodes. The issues to be featured include the identity of Peter, the choices Walter made in the past and in the future.

Walter finds out that the case may be related to a branch on the Bishop family tree.

It is found that the blood carries a deadly pathogen.

Peter gets the infection through a receptionist who attacks him and then escapes through the window and makes him get into contact with the blood from the first man who came with the virus. Walter notices the motive to take the virus out of the building. He teams with Astrid to sample the people in the building. They get to Peter and they both decide that they will not desert their friend. By the way CDC is threatening to kill everyone in the building. Fortunately, Walter gets to the horseradish that is in the refrigerator which would cure the people. Olivia gets to the building again to turn on the ventilator which would supply some gas that is meant to terminate the infected persons until a cure is found. Peter attacks her though but she manages to save many at the last minute.

Throughout the show, the stronger side of Walter has never manifested. But in this particular episode, he comes up strong when he is determined to save Peter and allows nothing, not even the employees of CDC come his way, he says he has worked with Biochem at Harvard as chairman. He plays the role of a youth mentor at the beginning, quite harmless but this change when he traumatizes the kids only to be rescued by Astrid.

At this point, we have three big questions that we would want answered. They revolve around how Peter reacts with the virus and how the horseradish finally turns to be the cure.

They find that lot of the residents are disfigured but have been able to keep their condition hidden. Some of them will leave no stones unturned to keep it a secret.

Currently on St. Claire, Newton, a new villain, supervised brain surgery over a foolish man and had remarkable results! Now, the man is sane again!

A few years ago, Dr. Bishop is about to undergo surgery from Dr. Paris and the results were remarkable. He had the brain tissues removed which got him insane.

And the catch? Dr. Paris is William Bell – and it’s the brain tissues that he removed are what exactly Newton and his men are trying to bring back to Walter’s brains. Olivia was forced to release Newton, as bargain, she insists that the same dosage of antidote that can save Walter before a neurotoxin kills him be provided.

It is obvious that Peter got relieved over his father’s better state. As the time he was able to know the truth, the effect of this to once brilliant Dr. Bishop is the man whom Peter call as his family – the man who depends on him for survival and someone who really has genuine concern about him even if he’s not the son he had gotten lost.

After an incident left her brain dead, a teenage girl wakes up and starts to recite submarine launch codes in Russian.

The plot is about Lisa, who after being pronounced dead, just wakes up right before her organs are extracted for donation. She has memories of Andrew Rusk who is a soldier in missing and has some classified information. The Fringe team with Walter as the lead gets interested in Lisa’s memory and would wish to investigate more while on the other hand her mom is just excited with the rising. Walter through his science should be able to fix Lisa’s memory issues.

Conflict arises in the end. Lisa’s mum is too religious and she feels there should be no question about what God can do and to her this is just another miracle. For Fringe, they want to avoid this conflict and so they do not explore this issue as the other sci-fi shows do. There are some realistic discussions that occur and themes of theology, science and paranormally activity are left unresolved. It is worrying that Lisa’s life is at risk if the memories of Rusk are not handled.

The plot of this episode gets to its climax when we see Walter and the priest go one on one on the critical issues that is religion against science. It is ironical that after the argument, it appears that Walter the scientist seems more convinced on the existence of God rather than the priest. We have suspense when the plot gets to its twist. But the scene ends well with Rusk getting an opportunity for vengeance beyond the grave and Walter and Lisa’s mom also liking the outcome. In deed, the Unearthed episode was nice stand alone but it is only bad that it is outdated yet new to all of us.
