Fringe 4.12 “Welcome to Westfield” Review

February 15, 2012 | No Comment |

The episode ‘Welcome to Westfield’ was one of the episodes in the show that did not really have much happening, but could keep your mind reeling until it was over. It was, therefore, interesting in its own way. It was an interesting episode in the sense that it could grab you, fling you over and keep you pondering as to what would happen next. These are, indeed, some of the best episodes. Now is the best time to speculate about Fringe’s future and it is perhaps good to play a guessing game while doing so.

Fringe Season 4 Episode 12

Unusual elements were taking place all over the city of Westfield, but they didn’t begin there. We acquired more about Chris and Olivia’s connection through her amazingly attractive fantasy and Peter‘s information of their connection to her than we ever did when they were together. Yes, Olivia is starting to consider her life as Peter’s Olivia. We are now in Peter’s community.

Fringe tried to fool us into considering that what Olivia was keeping in mind might have to do with Westfield, as the whole city was being used as a lab research for Mark John Jackson. He had been exploration close by a resource that would create an incredible power, enough to achieve what was taking place. Individuals were increasing two units of the pearly whites, had two units of irises, were going mad with remembrances that were not their own, and yet seemed to be theirs.

In line with this, we saw it taking place with Olivia. She mentioned to Wally about a situation in details, and he said they never had a situation like that. Chris had one with his Olivia, however. She was having difficulties looking at Chris, having sensed what she did in her fantasy. She realized what it was like to be in really like with Chris. Being alert didn’t seem to modify her thoughts.

Although the topic wasn’t mentioned or performed out in any way, Olivia did observe how different Wally has become with Chris in his life. While this could just be is popularity and need for his son to be in existence, he could also be keeping in mind elements and not giving. After all, he was in a psychological organization. Unusual ideas and sensation are just his way of life. One element to be certain of is that, neither Olivia nor Wally are as willing to help Chris get again to his own time as they were at once.

As time passes, others will start remembering things that did not really happen and they will feel as though they did. Somehow time collections will mix. How? No throwing hint. It might not be possible to lose both sides of the personalities, but we will overall drop either area of the individualities of those who modified when Chris was taken from soil. The modern remembrances should be the ones that tumble away since they were “created” in a few months, but to fade away completely? Probably not.
